can't find cd?

ive updated my cod 5 and now it says can't locate cd/dvd,
while it is in my dvd drive try'd both.
i looked for a no cd/dvd but it isnt there yet

and my question is can this be fixed? (or should i wait for the no cd patch?)

yes i try'd but it still gives the error (i can play mp though)
