Sometimes hard / awkward that you can't hit anyone, maybe due to the netcode. Is it the same as in COD4? if not, Blame Demonware for that maybe (see back of the box).
The sound is terrible, very tinny and lack of bass. 3D positioning is quite bad as well. Question is does it actually use the same sound engine as COD4. The COD5 page 8 of the manual say it uses Miles Sound System (same as COD4), but there is the lack of the system files to the MSS (mss32.dll, and the miles folder). I just scanned through the IWD files and couldn't seem to find them there either. So in the rush to release the game, didn't they miss out critical game files on the PC version?
Graphics aren't great, but then that could be down the the bland colours of the maps and characters compared to other games.
Many issues with various PC's hardware and
Trying to integrate the PC gamers into the world of console owners. i.e. The manual looks like it could have been for the 360 version. The profile / name function is basically from the 360, just due to the lack of the 360Live account, meaning you have to register your profile with Activision instead of MS.
Lack of PC support, probably more evidence of that a console developer shouldn't have developed the PC version.Treyarch produced a lemon, probably a bad idea having a developer that mainly been working on consoles to produce a highly anticipated title for the PC gaming community.

BTW: It works fully on my PC.
