cod4 prob

ok got my pc back yesterday old processor caput so they fitted a 2.4 quad
think it the 66 series chunk no like

So today thought i would have a game I ran cod4 loooked fine till i used the scope then this happens pic below.. wow what going on i not changed any setting so it must be something to do on processor side

any ideas guys do i need to reinstall game or ?.

UPDATE it was still the same with new card derivers so used there reset optimal settings it works so started to change things
antilasing if I turn that off it starts again so i now have to have it turned on
so hopefully this also mayhelp others if thye have same problem

yh i had this problem, but i just restarted the game =/
