Well been busy :D work and uni (still :( ) but good news is that im soon done with that lol :D finaly had required practice for my studies and few math courses and final degree work and thats about it :)

Havent played CoD in ages so take it easy when you see me...prob not in this week tho, went to some crappy course (2 credits coming...yay... >.<) and it takes alot of work.

And i been playing sc2 now and then, so if some1 is playing that, i would like to play some co-op or even against (even tho i suck at it)

Well, it all started year ago...(you have time to read right? :D )
When i bought samsumg phone...after few weeks it went broke, and i decided to return it.
It went to repairing, but they called me and said i need to pay 160euros for fixing (and that f*cking phone cost 159) it because guarantee didnt cover it...i tried to ask why etc, and so on...basically they said i threw it on the wall and they not paying it or repairing. I decide to go to Consumer Complaint Board...they asked to send my phone and i did.

After loooong wait (almost a year) i got answer that Consumer Complaint Board recommended that Samsung and that shop should pay me my money (the problem what was in the phone was not my fault... ). Well, i tried to get my money then right away....no chance. Got a call day after saying that Samsung is thinking to going to court (and they even said that they been going to court even less than 100euros phones), and needed to wait for 2 weeks for they (samsung) to call me....

After 2+ weeks...no calls..so i decided to call them..."I dont know" was answer, i called that shop "There isnt any record of that kind here...", i called some other phone to that shop "Boss just left"....:wallbash: and i then received call day after from that "boss", saying that samsung was thinking of going court and he has not be able to get anyone from there who would say anything.... (this was the time when i sent that one message here ).

Well, after 4 hours he called again, and said... "Samsung decided to pay..." etc..
and now finaly i got my money after a year wait and fighting with samsung and that f*cking shop...at least now i know not to go anywhere near that shop or samsung products.

Everybody now and again will get poor service from all companys.

Its down to the human element, and if the person who you are talking to decides they can be arsed or not.

At least you got your money back in the end

Yer, but from that company you get good service when you go buy something, and bad when returning :P I even heard nice story's from some ppl when told my thing:
One bought washing mashine, it got broken almost right away and professional "fixer" came and told: "Never heard of this machine, they dont even make these...."

One is from my parents where they bought coffeemaker, broke in same day...returned in next day: got a new one...broke same day...again same thing (got new and it broke)...(Shows what kind of crap they actually selling) then they took money and went to other shop bought one coffeemaker and still they got it working... It just that shop has poor insurances and they will fight that they shouldnt pay anything...
I did went to buy my speekers from other shop and asked hows their insurance is and they just said "just return it if there is problem and they will give new ones back", doubt that will go to that another shop cos they are ...well...they are what they are :P

Edit: Yeah, im very happy to got my 159 euros back...even it took some time :p
